Email a completed CSIO Notice of Loss to claims@abexinsurance.com. ABEX business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

Calling the CyberClan hotline does not, by itself, notify ABEX of a claim. After reviewing the incident, CyberClan will advise whether a formal claim submission is required.
