Our telecom provider has advised that due to COVID-19 they are experiencing a higher than normal call bandwidth and are seeing unprecedented activity to their servers. This has been causing call issues such as drops, cut outs and garbled audio. They have been actively monitoring and making changes to prevent this from happening in the near future.
